Upper Patio and Bedroom Drains 

We kindly urge all residents to take a moment to inspect and clear their patio drains to ensure they are free of debris and obstruction.  Properly functioning drains will allow rainwater to run off efficiently and minimize the risk of flooding or pooling on your property. 

Patio and bedroom balcony drains need to be cleaned periodically, especially before the stormy season which begins in February and March. The drains are small in diameter and not straight, so please use a hose to flush them out or a plunger to clear them. Hard objects forced down the drain, such us a broomstick, may break the drain and cause costly damage.
