COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The HOA Board is committed to fairly and promptly addressing all rule violation complaints brought to its attention by members. All complaints to the Board must be submitted through Ron Doerr at Personalized Property Management (PPM) on the Casa Verde Complaint Form, which is accessible by clicking the link below or by contacting PPM for a mailed copy.
The Board encourages members and residents to communicate with each other directly and respectfully to resolve issues before filing a formal complaint. Members and residents should call 911 if they feel threatened or that a crime is being committed. Members and residents may also call Maxwell Security at the number listed on the Home page or by clicking the Useful Contact Numbers link.
