WELCOME TO CASA VERDE!
ABOUT CASA VERDE
Casa Verde means "green house" in Spanish and is an apt name for this lushly landscaped gated community just steps from the heart of Palm Springs. Built in 1984, Casa Verde consists of 160 one and two bedroom condominiums on approximately five acres of land on the northwest corner of East Amado Road and North Hermosa Drive. Complex amenities include two tennis courts, two pools, two hot tubs, a golf chipping green and multiple greenbelts.

SMOKING/VAPING PROHIBITED
Smoking/vaping is prohibited everywhere within the Casa Verde complex, including inside individual condominiums and on private balconies and patios. Long-term residents on or before April 28, 2018 who smoke are exempted from this rule only if their smoking may be done without affecting other residents. (from Rules adopted on 4.28.2018)
PLANTING IN COMMON AREAS
In order to maintain consistency of appearance and ease of maintenance, all planting in common areas is prohibited unless expressly approved by the Board. The Board is developing a long-term master plan for all Casa Verde common area landscaping.
ARCHITECTURAL INFORMATION
You must submit an architectural request form before modifying anything on the exterior or interior of your condominium. If you do not have an approved architectural request from the HOA Board, you will be required to remove additions or return modifications to their original state.
(adding or modifying lights, changing screens/shades, modifying gate covers, changing floors, replacing air conditioners etc..)
Do NOT put holes in the building stucco.
Refrigerant tubing (aka: antifreeze protected circuit) may not be re-routed to the exterior of the buildings. It must be replaced inside of the furnace closet as it was originally built. Do NOT route tubing outside of the building walls.
